Fall 2007

Please use this form to request course-specific software for the Fall 2007 semester. All requests must be submitted by 6/01/2007.

Please Note:

All software requests require adequate time for procurement, licensing, installation, configuration and testing in order to insure functionality and compatibility. Therefore, requests made after the June 1 date will be addressed on a best-effort basis with no guarantee for having the software available for the fall semester.

If courses require installation of more than one software application, separate software request forms must be submitted - one for each software application.
