Web Development Information

Before you begin developing Web pages at Loyola, you must first consider the type of Web pages that you intend to create.  The list below specifies the different types of Web pages that we support:

Department and Organizational Web Pages

Are you developing, or do you currently maintain, a Web site for your department, organization or club on campus?  Departments and Organizations at Loyola College use a product known as Site Executive to create their web pages.  Site Executive is a Content Management system that allows you, the content author, to quickly and easily develop Web pages for your department and organization that will be placed on the Main Web Site (http://www.loyola.edu).  To learn more about Site Executive, and sign up for training, please follow this link.

Employee Personal Web Pages

Would you like to have your own Web site?  You already do!  Loyola College has made space available for you on your “G” drive to create your own personal Web site.  To begin using your Web space, please read our training manual that describes the process of how to get started using your Web space.  As always, Training and Development is here to help you through every step of the process…  If you need help, please be sure to contact us!

Student Personal Web Pages
