1.4   Freedom of Speech and Expression

The College is committed to standards promoting speech and self-expression that foster an open exchange of ideas and opinions. As is true with the society at large, the right of free speech and expression is subject to reasonable restrictions of time, place, and manner, and does not include unlawful activity.  In all events, the use of the College forum shall not imply acceptance or endorsement by the College of the views expressed.
