Antoinette Cummins received her undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University before enrolling in Loyola’s Emerging Leaders MBA program, from which she graduated in 2013. “I’ve always been passionate about how companies treat their employees and how they ‘do the right thing,’” says Antoinette. “I felt pursuing the ELMBA would give me much more exposure to different types of companies, and people, while helping me refine my business skills.” She was drawn to Loyola because of the accelerated program, which meant she could earn her degree in one year and only be out of the workforce for a short time. She also loved Loyola's hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and the chance it gave her to travel to China. Antoinette now works as chief of staff at Aetion in Greater New York City.
