Roger Kashlak, Ph.D.
- Academic Focus International Business
Since joining Loyola's business faculty in 1993, Dr. Kashlak has been involved in many aspects of the university community. In addition to teaching international business, he has served as a department chair and senior associate dean for the Sellinger School of Business and Management, as chair of Loyola's NCAA Cycle 3 Recertification, and as a member of the university's Executive Governance and Budget Committees. His teaching and research focus on international management and global strategy, as well as international reciprocity, global expansion in telecom, executive education pedagogies, and comparative analyses of leadership and work attitudes. He previously worked for AT&T-Communications International and continues to provide executive education for firms such as AEGON, AT&T, Ericsson, Northrop-Grumman, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, and various sub-Saharan African public and private entities. Dr. Kashlak, who received his B.S. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania and both his MBA in International Business and Ph.D. in International Business and Strategy from Temple University, was the recipient of Loyola's Distinguished Teacher award in 1997.
