- Class of 2019
- Program Emerging Leaders MBA
Amanda had always planned to get a master’s degree but wasn’t sure when—until a Loyola representative spoke to her class at Stevenson University, and she realized that an accelerated Emerging Leaders MBA was the right fit. Amanda’s career goal is to work in a midsize finance firm in financial advising/planning. She studied accounting as an undergrad and knows having an MBA will provide diverse career opportunities. What she likes most about the ELMBA is how the curriculum is organized, so that students get the most out of their short time in the program. Furthermore, she appreciates all the group work, which is providing the skills and experience to work well in a team setting and helps her understand how she can best contribute to a team.

I thought continuing my education with an MBA would provide more career opportunities for me. I loved the idea of persevering and getting a degree in one year, instead of taking a few classes at a time over many years.
