- Class of 2018
- Major, Minor International Business, Asian Studies
Blest knew Loyola was the school for him as soon as he walked on campus for his first visit. Immediately, he fell in love with Loyola's size and location, and with all the people and faculty he met. Blest is studying international business with a minor in Asian studies, which allows him to learn more about his own heritage and culture as well as balance his major, since most of the world's emerging markets are in Asia. A member of the Greyhounds men's tennis team, he says his experience as a student-athlete has been amazing; his teammates are like family. Blest is an accomplished singer and songwriter. His favorite Loyola tradition is Loyolapalooza, and he hopes to one day perform as the headliner for the annual spring festival.
