- Class of 2019
- Major Psychology
Brittani, a psychology major from Pasadena, Md., came to Loyola to thrive in a smaller school setting. In her four years, she's made everlasting relationships and found her home in the ALANA-sponsored first-year program, Ignatius Scholars. Brittani, who aspires to be a professional photographer, enjoys using her media marketing and photography skills to work with SGA and other organizations on campus. In her spare time, she volunteers at non-profits and enjoys thrift shopping. Her proudest moment at Loyola has been meeting like-minded individuals who are interested in social justice issues. She says the coursework and service-learning opportunities through CCSJ have prepared her for life after Loyola. Her advice to fellow Greyhounds: “Dedicate yourself to a club or organization and give it your all, because the experience will make you well-rounded and ready for the diverse job market.” After graduation, Brittani will pursue work in the field of marketing and communication—in addition to opportunities to take and exhibit her photography—in the Baltimore area.

My psychology courses and work with and service through CCSJ have taught me how to face real-world problems and combat them for a more just and equitable world.
