- Class of 2019
- Major Business
As the daughter of two Loyola alumni, Paige's decision to transfer to Loyola was an easy one. Despite being a commuter student, Paige says she has always felt a sense of belonging within the campus community. Access and opportunity to get involved with activities, clubs, organizations, and social life here keep her busy. “The college experience is what you make of it, but it helps to have people supporting you in pursuing your dreams,” says Paige, who serves as the co-marketing coordinator of the Greyhound Ambassadors’ executive board as well as manager of the women’s basketball team. She will receive her degree in business with a double concentration in marketing and management. She values the well-rounded education she has received from Loyola: “Loyola has an extraordinarily stellar business program. With our university core, I am developing an academic foundation in all subjects in the humanities; with our business core, I am developing a strong foundation in all aspects of the business world; and with major-level electives, I am developing a focused foundation in my specific fields of studies,” she explains. Paige, who has been interning with Stanley Black & Decker since June 2018, has been offered and has accepted a position in new product development with the company. “I feel lucky to be continuing my experience with Stanley Black & Decker starting in September, and my Loyola education has prepared me for this role,” says Paige, who is also considering pursuing her MBA in the future.
