  • Class of 2021

  • Major, MinorCommunication, Business

“The opportunities and resources at Loyola are endless,” says Sarah, who will earn her B.A. in Communication with a concentration in digital media and a minor in business. “They have allowed me to ‘squeeze the sponge,’ as Fr. Linnane says, and get the most out of my college experience.” Sarah serves as the marketing director for the OPTIONS programming board and as president of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society; she is also a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honor society. During her four years at Loyola, she has served the Loyola and Baltimore communities as an Evergreen and as a volunteer during York Road Community Days and Presence for Christmas. She also works as a desk assistant in the residence halls. Her proudest moment at Loyola was when she received the Cura Personalis Award at the 2018 Gratias Ceremony. Sarah’s advice to other students is to “get involved, develop meaningful relationships, and go beyond your comfort zone.” Her Loyola education has strengthened her skills as a leader and prepared her for her future.
