Dear Undergraduate Students,
We are receiving several questions about Aura and wanted to offer additional detail.
Once you have registered for Aura, you will need to log out and then log back into the Aura app to set your appointment for your baseline test on the day you move onto campus. If you are having trouble with registration for the Aura app contact
support@auratracker.org. Student Health Services is unable to assist with registration issues.
You will then select Loyola as your location from the dropdown menu and pick the date for your scheduled move-in slot. Please enter your appointment for any open space during the hour for which you are scheduled to move-in (i.e. if you are scheduled for an 11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. move-in, please schedule an appointment for any slot in the 11 a.m.-12 p.m. appointment grouping.)
We will test you when you arrive. The testing appointment simply puts you in our system for the day.
If you have not received any information about when you are supposed to move onto campus, please contact the office of student life at 410-617-2488.
Students who are not living in Loyola housing do not need to take any further action at this time. Information about surveillance testing will be released during the week of Jan. 19, 2021.
