Dear Members of the Loyola Community,
Effective tomorrow, March 18, wearing masks is optional on all of Loyola’s campuses. Masks are still required during appointments at Student Health Services and the Counseling Center.
Members of the community or visitors who want to continue to mask in Loyola facilities are most welcome to do so. Members of the community who have been exposed to COVID-19 or advised by medical professionals to mask must continue to do so according to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
At this time, all COVID-19 restrictions for events have been lifted. As always, Loyola reserves the right to change our COVID-19 protocols at any time. We will continue to monitor the virus and adjust our policies as needed.
With this change, we ask you to embrace the spirit of cura personalis, recognizing care and concern for each member of our community. Many members of our community will continue to mask to protect themselves or others who are important to them. Please respect others’ choices and concerns with regard to masking.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our community healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
The Rapid Response Team
