Several members of the Loyola community have been trained to lead guided discussions with groups of Loyola employees. The discussion format was created by Dr. Jeff Lating, professor of psychology, and provides employees space to discuss reactions to stressful events and to offer coping strategies when our typical ways of responding may not be working as well. These voluntary discussions, which are intended to last less than one hour will provide skills to help manage the impact of the stressors of the past year.
