  Caitlin Winkler, 2012 B.A. alum, and Dr. Theresa DiDonato presented their work on her work on jealousy at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology in New Orleans, LA on January 17-19, 2013.
 Andrew Moon Andrew Moon, 2012 Psy.D. alum, is in charge of overseeing graduate students' work with patients at the Professional Psychology Program, a student-run mental health clinic at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Barb Golden

Barbara Golden, 2001 Psy.D. alum, received the Lindback Award from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and was promoted there to full professor and Director of Clinical Services in Psychology.

Ian Goncher

Ian Goncher, 2011 Psy.D. alum, received a travel award from Division 42: Psychologists in Independent Practice of the American Psychological Assocation for his essay, “Know Thyself, Heal Thyself: The Importance of Self-Care Education and Utilization for Future Psychologists in Independent Practice.” Ian received his award at the annual division meeting at the APA Convention held in San Diego, CA, in August 2010.

Congratulations to Ian also for his publication of his paper "Know thy self, heal thy self! The importance of self-care education and utilization for future psychologists in independent practice" was published in this winter's IP. Ian was one of last year's winners of the S/ECP paper scholarship competition and this article was that winning paper.

Ian has also been appointed to a three-year term as Internet Editor for the American Psychological Association Division of Psychotherapy. In that role Ian serves as the editor of all online publications for the division to include its website and it's online bulletin, Psychotherapy E-News. This new appointment continues Ian's service to the profession of psychology; he recently completed a two-year term as the student member of the Board of Directors of the APA Division of State, Provincial, and Territorial Psychological Association Affairs.

Kristina Lloyd

Kristina Lloyd, 2009 Psy.D. alum, has her dissertation regarding test order effects in measures of verbal memory and fluency recently awarded the National Academy of Neuropsychology 2010 Outstanding Dissertation Award. Dr. Lloyd will receive the award at NAN's annual conference this year in Vancouver, Canada.

Tanya Nichols

Tanya Nichols, 2006 Masters Clinical Thesis alum, recently completed a project-based learning course in Costa Rica, titled "Exploring Universality and Diversality in Health," as part of the Costa Rica Psychology Preparation Program.

Kelly Doty

Kelly Doty, 2008 Psy.D. alum, is currently serving as an “ambassador” for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC). The NHSC is a network of 7,000 primary health care professionals and 10,000 sites as of September 30, 2009 working in underserved communities across the country.
