Loyola University Maryland

Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences

Speech-Language Pathology Post-Baccalaureate

Loyola University does not currently offer post-baccalaureate coursework or prerequisite coursework in Speech-Language Pathology.

Loyola University has a strong commitment to providing high quality professional graduate programs in the Jesuit tradition, and Loyola's graduate Speech-Language Hearing program, in particular, enjoys strong demand and a long tradition of professional success among alumni. As demand for our programs and graduates has increased, faculty resources needed to cover Loyola's undergraduate, graduate, and post-baccalaureate Speech-Language Hearing coursework have become stretched. Given our commitment to quality and with an eye to the long term needs and resources of our programs, the department has made the decision to discontinue offering the post-baccalaureate foundation coursework. It is ultimately our commitment to providing excellent, top quality professional graduate education that leads us to take this path.

We hope you will consider Loyola University Maryland's Master's Program in Speech-Language Hearing when you have completed the foundation coursework and you are deciding where to apply to graduate school.
