Creating the "Perfect" Elementary Classroom | April 6, 2019 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Everyone has a vision of their perfect classroom and wants a way to get there. Yet how perfect is perfect? Is a joyful place of learning and discovery filled with children your hope? If not, what is? And what help do you need to create the environment you want?

Join Virginia Viscovic for a morning of ideas and conversation. Let’s talk about ideas for inspiration, ways we can support each other and the children, and how to take the things that happen in a day that make you feel like you need help and turn them into positive experiences that make your environment a lively and exciting place to be. Please feel free to bring handwork to aid your focus during our time together; elementary guides and assistants welcome.

Workshop leader Virginia Viscovic serves as educational director for Montessori International Children’s House (Annapolis, MD) and is a member of the AMI elementary training of trainers program and an elementary consultant. She has twenty years combined experience at the primary and elementary levels. WMI is delighted to welcome her as a workshop leader, generously hosted by Aidan Montessori School.
