Stantec Equity and Diversity Scholarship

Description: The Stantec Equity & Diversity Scholarship Fund will be awarding $200,000 in global scholarships for the annual academic year. The number of scholarships and award amounts will vary based on the eligible applicant pool. To be eligible for this award, applicants must be enrolled in a college, university, or post-secondary institution in the academic year following the announcement of scholarship winners and be in pursuit of an undergraduate degree; pursue a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) major; and belong to a historically underrepresented population/group such as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), members of the LGBTQ2+ community, people with disabilities, veterans, and first-generation college students.

Pilot Pen G2 Overachiever Student Grant

Description: Pilot Pen is introducing the G2 Overachievers Student Grant designed to reward and celebrate one exceptional young scholar (aged 13 to 19, in middle school or high school) who is making a difference in others’ lives outside of the classroom. Send a handwritten story describing what you did to be a difference maker. Share where it happened, how it worked, who it impacted and why it mattered. There’s a 2500 word maximum for each entry and you can submit them by uploading to our entry page or via mail.

IJA Strategies Women in Technology Scholarship

Description: As a woman-owned business and self-proclaimed “die-hard women in tech advocates,” we started the IJA Strategies Women in Technology scholarship program to celebrate those who are pursuing education and careers in technology. This year, two (2) scholarship recipients will be awarded $1,000 each for education-related expenses such as tuition, fees, books, supplies, and room and board. To apply, students must write a 300-500 word essay on the following topic: Take one piece of popular technology and describe how you could improve it to better contribute to society/the world in a more meaningful way. To be eligible to win, applicants must be a current or incoming undergraduate college student majoring in or planning to major in a technical field who is enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university during the academic year(s) the scholarship is being awarded and must identify as a woman.

AGC Undergraduate Scholarship

Description: The AGC Education and Research Foundation offers undergraduate scholarships to students enrolled in accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs. Eligible applicants must: be legal US residents; be enrolled full-time; and, be a rising college sophomore, junior in a four-year program or rising senior in a five-year program at the time the scholarship is awarded in the upcoming fall (junior and senior level applicants must have one full academic year of coursework remaining at the time of application deadline; second-year students at a two-year school who are planning to transfer to a four-year program are also eligible to apply). Future Attorneys of America

Description: This $5000 scholarship is open to dedicated law students who are currently enrolled at an accredited law school and have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Applicants must submit an unofficial copy of their transcript. 

Soroptimist's Live Your Dream Award

Description: The Soroptimist Live Your Dream Awards (formerly known as the Women's Opportunity Awards) assists women who provide the primary source of financial support for their families by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills, and employment prospects.

Applicant must be a female who provides the primary financial support for herself and her dependents. Dependents can include children, spouse, partner, siblings and/or parents. Must be able to demonstrate financial need, be enrolled in or have been accepted to a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program and motivated to achieve her education and career goals. Must reside in one of Soroptimist International of the Americas’ member countries/territories (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guam, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, United States of America, Venezuela). Applicants must not previously have been the recipient of a Soroptimist Women’s Opportunity or Live Your Dream Award.
