4 - 6:30 p.m.
McGuire Hall

Over the years, the fair has been a great occasion for Loyola students to become involved in the Baltimore community and for local agencies to introduce students to a variety of volunteer opportunities. More than 25 representatives of the community organizations that partner with CCSJ participate in this Fair. These organizations address a range of issues, including homelessness/food, the environment, advocacy, health, and education. For two and half hours in the early evening, these representatives are on hand to discuss available volunteer opportunities.

The Community Service Fairs offer students and other members of the university community a chance to find existing opportunities to volunteer. In addition, the Fair presents faculty developing community service-learning courses an opportunity to explore forming partnerships with local organizations.

Community organizations who are currently partnered with CCSJ are asked to register online for a table if they would like to participate. Due to the limit of space, only community partners who have received invitations may attend. Students, faculty, staff and others are not required to register. If you have any further question about the fair please contact Malia Maniyatt at cmaniyatt@loyola.edu or ext. 2072.
