Loyola University Maryland

Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship

With an academic home in the new multidisciplinary minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship is physically grounded in innovation spaces on campus, including the IDEA Space in the Loyola Notre Dame library, and the Lange Innovation Lounge in development in the west side dorms. The Baltripreneurs Institute encompasses a breadth of activities in which Loyola engages with the city, including students teaching innovation and entrepreneurship to local grade school students, faculty research, and consulting and micro loans to local startups and social ventures. In the future, the Center will develop a Loyola Accelerator to house, support, and scale new business and social impact ventures run by students, faculty and staff, and local entrepreneurs.
