Clinical Centers' Services During COVID-19

September 1, 2020

Dear Valued LCC Clients:

As we are all aware, the COVID-19 novel coronavirus remains at the forefront of our minds and the news throughout our communities. The safety and health of our Loyola community—including you—is of the utmost priority. Over the past several months, we relied on the delivery of services via telehealth/telepractice and worked to ensure that the excellent quality of care remained the priority using this platform. As we understand that not all services are accessible using the method and some clients are unable to access our services virtually, we are pleased to announce that the LCC is open for limited face-to-face (FtF) services this fall. While our preferred platform is telehealth/telepractice, we realize that offering this limited FtF option is necessary. We have taken steps to create a safer clinical environment with the use of PPE, additional cleaning protocol and other scheduling modifications. We are committed to maintaining a safer environment for our clients, graduate students, faculty and staff. If you have specific questions and/or concerns related to the practice at the LCC during our hybrid operations this fall, please reach out to me at 410-617-1210 or kfvincent@loyola.edu.

We continue to wish all of you health and safety during these uncertain times.
