Understanding Moodle

Moodle is Loyola's learning management system (LMS), used to help build the perfect learning environment for your course. You may use it simply as a repository of supplemental resources, or as a place for all of your course materials (including exams, video, and readings). Login to Moodle at  www.moodle.loyola.edu or Inside Loyola home page.

Communities & Professional Development

ELI - The EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative -- a community of higher education institutions and organizations committed to the advancement of learning through the innovative application of technology.

 

To access ELI:

  1. Once you click on the link locate the "login" button in the top right corner
  2. Under the "federated login" section, in the search box, type Loyola
  3. Select Loyola University Maryland
  4. You will be redirected to the green Loyola log in screen, enter your Loyola username and password, and click "sign in"

OLC - The Online Learning Initiative -- the leading professional organization devoted to advancing quality online learning by providing professional development, instruction, best practice publications and guidance to educators, online learning professionals and organizations around the world.

 

To access OLC:

  1. Once you click on the link locate the "login" button in the top right corner
