Dr. Moore-Thomas serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet and leads the President’s Council on Equity and Inclusion. She works to address challenges around racism and diversity issues to help Loyola become the welcoming, inclusive Jesuit, Catholic university we aspire to be.

Dr. Carlucci focuses on helping the University reach our goals regarding retaining faculty of color, expanding inclusive hiring practices, promoting the use of high-impact teaching practices, and increasing a sense of belongingness for faculty and students on campus.
