Job Listings 2014-2015 Academic Year
(Fall and Spring Semesters Only)
View a listing of student employment positions on Loyola's campus for the 2014-2015 academic year. The list identifies the departments that have openings for student workers and includes a brief job description or job title, the number of available positions and the appropriate individual to contact to set up an interview. Please check the list frequently as it is subject to change.
We strongly recommend you begin your job search as soon as possible once you arrive on campus for the fall semester. More than 900 students seek work-study employment each year. Regular updates will be made to the financial aid web site showing current job vacancies. If you experience difficulty in finding a position, contact the Office of Financial Aid at 410-617-2576.
Each position is associated with one of these possible pay scales: $7.25, $8.30, $9.50. This represents the hourly rate of pay a student will earn. Pay scales vary depending on the skill level and qualifications required for each job.
Students may not begin working until all required employment paperwork is submitted to the human resources office.
**Please note that if you did not receive student wages during the calendar year of 2014, you will be required to complete the W-4 and MW 507 again.
For your convenience, an HR Representative will be on campus in the Humanities Building, Room T022 from September 2nd to September 12th, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. After September 12th, you will need to take your completed paperwork to the main HR office which is located at 5000 York Road. Students are paid every other Friday for hours worked. The entire pay schedule can be found under human resources' Student Employee Pay Schedule. Check stubs are available online for those electing direct deposit. If not, pay checks are delivered to the students’ mailstop in the College Center.
