GradFriday: Upcoming Events

Grad Friday

Grad Friday is your place to check for events going on specifically for graduate students at Loyola.  It began as an idea by the Graduate Student Organization to plan one Friday event a month, but has evolved to include a compilation of interesting programs, events, speakers, and other happenings that would be of interest to graduate students any day of the week.

We are pleased to welcome Elana and Katie, new graduate assistants in the Graduate Student Services office, and leaders of the Graduate Student Organization (GSO)!  Elana and Katie will be helping to come up with ideas for programs and events of interest to you, whether they are social, informational, spiritual or service-oriented.

We are also now assembling a GSO Leadership Board, a small group of graduate students to help brainstorm and plan events.  Besides being able to influence the plans of the GSO and having some good leadership experience for the resume, board members will also be able to attend certain ticketed GSO events for free!  Please email gso@loyola.edu if you are interested, or just want to give it a try!  Commitment is no more than a meeting once a month.
