Graduate Student Training Courses

Both Title IX and the Start Talking Maryland Act (HB 1082 / SB1060) have created mandates on the part of educational institutions to provide training to students.  In order to fulfill the requirements to provide training to graduate students, we are offering two online, non-credit courses: Sexual Assault Prevention, and Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention, respectively, which are produced by our partner, the education technology company, EverFi.

Each course may be completed in under an hour, and all full-time graduate students who are taking graduate courses for the first time this 2018-2019 academic year are being contacted at their loyola.edu email address with instructions to take both online programs.

Loyola graduate students may self-register for either or both of these courses using their Loyola credentials here.  Training is self-paced. You can start and leave the course as often as you would like. When you return, the course will open to the last page visited.

If you need technical help in accessing the course, please email gradtraining@loyola.edu.  If you have questions regarding course content, please contact Ms. Katsura Kurita, Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students, in the Vice-President for Student Development Office at kkurita@loyola.edu.
