Qualifications |
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for all positions; most positions also require specific skill strengths, such as the ethics of data collection and management.
First Semester Master Students are not eligible

Responsibilities |
Student is assigned to a faculty member to assist him or her with a research program. All full-time faculty members who are actively engaged in research are eligible to have an RA. RAs duties may include collection of data, data management, procurement of secondary sources, data entry, and data analysis.
Research assistantships in the Psychology Department were developed to provide students with professional experiences beyond those available through the classroom or in externships and/or field placements. Assistantships are designed to be consistent with students’ levels of education and training and to enhance the growth and development of the Department and its programs.
