Hours & Wages
|
• 20 hours per week (including nights and weekends)
• $13,500 stipend per academic year, which includes payment for up to 6 credits per semester, and remaining amount paid as biweekly stipend

Qualification
|
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program at Loyola University Maryland
• Applicants with previous experience in extracurricular activities, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and experience working with college students are desired |
Responsibilities
|
- Establish and maintain regular office hours, some night and weekend work will be required
- Plan and execute two Late Night programs each semester with other Student Activities Graduate Assistants
- Aid the Assistant Director of Student Activities with managing the 2020-2021 Campus Activities Board (CAB)
- Plan and lead fall training
- Assist board members with planning Late Night events and campus outreach events
- Attend and help board members host events
- Attend and lead weekly executive board meetings
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to flyers, digital signage, and social media posts; monitor all CAB social media accounts
o Create surveys to assess program success and collect data to evaluate program outcomes
o Assist with the recruitment and selection processes for first year representatives in the fall and the 2022-2023 Campus Activities Board in the spring
- Aid the Assistant Director of Student Activities with managing and marketing the Late Night at Loyola program
- Update and publish the weekly Late Night calendar via e-mail and on the Late Night calendar website
- Maintain and update Office of Student Activities and CAB Facebook pages
- Attend monthly Late Night Committee meetings with the Assistant Director
- Communicate with campus partners to gather information about Late Night programs (i.e. date, time, location, theme, promotional materials, attendance numbers, etc.)
- Help maintain and update the shared Late Night calendar
- Provide coverage at Student Activities events throughout the year as needed, including, but not limited to:
- Late Night and Campus Activities Board programs (as scheduled and sponsored)
- Family Weekend (last weekend in September)
- Homecoming
- Senior Class Social Events (every 50 days throughout the year and Senior Week in May)
- Loyolapalooza (end of April)
- Other events as needed
- Provide support to the office assistants in the daily operations of the office, such as:
- Staffing the front desk, answering phones, fielding questions on programs from students and parents, and providing general customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Directors of Student Activities
