Dates:
10 Month position: 15 hours per week. August 15 – June 15 (approximately)
Compensation:
Tuition remission ($4,500) and Stipend ($4,500); Fall (300 hours) and Spring (300 hours)

Qualifications
|
- Graduate degree candidate
- Availability for 15 hours per week
- Commitment to nurturing own spiritual life
- Understanding of Jesuit educational and spiritual values or a willingness to learn and commit to those values
- Experience in campus/youth/parish ministry preferred
- Flexibility with regard to specific duties
- Excellent writing skills
- Competent in following computer applications: Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills, highly motivated and a demonstrated ability for (and belief in) collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to see a project through to completion
- Self-directed
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Availability for two year commitment (upon re-evaluation at the end of the first year) would be preferred, although not required

Responsibilities
|
Basic Responsibilities:
- Maintains regular office hours and available presence in Campus Ministry office for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Attends Intern Training Retreat August 24 – 26, 2011 at Loyola Retreat House in Western Maryland.and Intern Formation on January 28, 2012.
- Engages in regular (weekly) supervision with Campus Ministry staff supervisor. Content may include but is not limited t feedback on job skills and performance, improvements regarding professional skills and self-care, integration of spirituality and professional skills, and updates from the COAD meetings.
- Advertize and communicate collaborative spiritual opportunities with GAC, CCSJ, Mission Integration, and Campus Ministry.
- Attend events where graduate students will be present including: representing to GAC meetings, Pastoral Counseling Conference and/or Retreat, Orientations/ Accepted Students Day/ Open Houses, FAC night for Grad Students, etc.
- Coordinate liturgies at both of the Graduate campuses for holy days of obligation.
- Create spiritual and prayer opportunities for each graduate campus per semester (ex. Lent and Advent).
- Co-sponsor at least one retreat opportunity with Mission Integration, including assisting with advertizing and program planning.
- Compile, document, and organize the current CM retreat program in both electronic and binder forms. Chronicle all of the artifacts around the retreats including: schedules, content, objectives, talk topics, reconciliation services, and prayer opportunities.
Additional Duties:
- Edits, copies, drafts, and creates multiple documents, flyers, announcements for Campus Ministry as needed.
- Performs other assigned tasks as delegated.
