The Office of Academic Affairs seeks applications for a 2018-19 Graduate Assistantship to support a pilot for an Ignatian Senior Seminar program (ISS).

Responsibilities |
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assisting faculty and program-implementation team members with goal-setting and collaborative curriculum development;

Facilitating communication between faculty and students participating in ISS and other campus resources/student support offices, including, for example, the Career Center and Student Development;

Coordinating programming and facilitating communication between faculty offering various ISS pilots;
-
Facilitating off-campus excursions for ISS participants by, for example, reserving transportation and tickets;
-
Facilitating Ignatian discernment/examen sessions for student participants;
-
Submitting budget requests and organizing invoices for expenditures;
-
Helping to identify successes and areas of improvement for the ISS program;
-
Preparing (Qualtrics) post-pilot surveys for distribution to student and faculty participants;
-
Arranging and facilitating listening sessions with ISS participants to further-assess the program’s strengths and weaknesses for the purposes of improvement;
-
Distributing results of surveys and listening sessions to faculty and ISS implementation team.
