- 20 hours per week (including occasional nights and weekends)
- $13,500 stipend per academic year, which includes payment for up to 6 credits per semester, and remaining amount paid as biweekly stipend

Qualifications |

Bachelor’s degree required
- Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program as Loyola University Maryland
- Applicants with previous experience in extracurricular activities, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and experience working with college students are desired

Responsibilities |

Provide assistance to the Assistant Director of Student Activities with the training and supervision of the 2019-2020 Campus Activities Board (CAB)
o Assist CAB members in carrying-out their day-to-day tasks
o Serve as a resource and support to CAB members
o Plan and co-lead weekly CAB meetings with the Assistant Director
o Attend and help host CAB events throughout the year
o Assist with recruiting & selecting the 2020-2021 Campus Activities Board
- Provide assistance to the Assistant Director of Student Activities with managing and marketing the campus-wide Late Night program
o Update and publish the weekly calendar outlining Late Night and Weekend programs
o Provide information to Loyola Today for inclusion of upcoming events
o Maintain and update Office of Student Activities social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; oversee CAB social media accounts managed by CAB members
o Develop content for social media
o Attend monthly Late Night Committee meetings with the Assistant Director
o Communicate with various offices around campus to gather information regarding Late Night programs (i.e. date, time, location, theme, promotional materials, attendance numbers, etc.)
o Help maintain the shared Late Night calendar
- Provide support to the Office of Student Activities as a whole
o Establish and maintain regular office hours
o Update the Student Activities website; specifically the Late Night & CAB pages
o Provide coverage at designated Student Activities events throughout the year, including, but not limited to: Late Night programs (as scheduled and sponsored), Family Weekend (last weekend in September), Homecoming (last weekend in October), Senior Class Social Events (every 50 days throughout the year and Senior Week in May), and Loyolapalooza (end of April)
o When needed, assist with staffing the front desk, answering phones, fielding questions on programs from students and parents, and providing general customer service on behalf of the office
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Directors of Student Activities
