What internet browsers are supported?

SharePoint supports several commonly used web browsers, such as Internet Explorer Logo Internet Explorer, Google Chrome Logo Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox LogoMozilla Firefox, and Safari Browser LogoApple Safari. However, certain web browsers could cause some SharePoint functionality to be downgraded, limited, or available only through alternative steps. Internet Explorer is the recommended browser for the best functionality.

What does "insert credentials" mean and why do I have to do it?

The first time you log on to Inside Loyola, you will be prompted to enter your "credentials" for certain Web parts. Your credentials are simply your normal Loyola username and password and entering this information will allow the system to connect with other applications in the Loyola network, feeding you custom information and access. Don't worry, though, as you will only need to do this once and not every time you log back into Inside Loyola.

How do I sign out of Inside Loyola?

To sign out of Inside Loyola, close the browser window or click on the menu where your name is displayed in the upper right, click Sign Out, then close the browser.
