Minister, Jesuit Community
Senior Associate Vice President for Mission, Strategic Integration and Planning
Fr. Duffy has roots in the Rochester, NY area, earning a BS in electrical and computer engineering and an MBA en route to a successful career in high tech before becoming a Jesuit. As a member of the Society of Jesus, he picked up three more masters: philosophy at Loyola Chicago, and, theology and divinity at Boston College, and has been fortunate to serve in aiding Creighton and Georgetown Universities in strategy and planning. He engages in those same fields here at Loyola.
Fr. Duffy enjoys celebrating Mass on weekends and, when possible, during the week. He also enjoys walking with people on their Spiritual path, including spiritual conversations, spiritual direction, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
He relishes learning, reading, music and sports; the last, alas as years go by, more in the viewing of, than in the participating in.
