Interested in a private group fitness class for your organization? Private fitness classes provide you with an instructor outside of the normal group exercise schedule. Our certified instructors will tailor a group class to meet the exercise goals and needs of your team or organization.

Class Descriptions


Take your workout back to the core! AbSolution is the 20 minute kick in the stomach that will build core strength in the six-pack, obliques, lower back and hip flexors. Add this class to your regular workout and feel it transform your body.

Ball Bootcamp

What are you doing?  Get on the ball!  This full body conditioning workout will blast your muscles into better shape.  Feel your heart lift and leave with the sense of an incredible new way to get a great overall muscle workout. 

Ball Pilates

Not just your average Pilates system, Pilates Evolved utilizes stability balls to help build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. This system, specially designed in-house, will challenge your body in new, exciting ways.


Using the spin bike as a ballet barre with a variety of other props, this full-body workout is designed to help you develop a strong core, toned arms, and firmer seat and thighs. Barre combines elements of Ballet, Fitness, and Pilates to create a challenging and fun way to sculpt your body, improve posture, and find balance.


The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight.

Butts & Guts Blast

This 20/20/20 format is super effective and fun! You can expect a thorough lower body, core, and cardio workout. Using a variety of exercises and equipment, this class will help you tone and tighten your glutes, flatten your abdominals, strengthen the back as well as provide a great cardio workout!


This is a choreographed strength training class that will challenge all of the major muscle groups. Tiger Pump utilizes a barbell, step, plates, and dumbbells to strengthen and tone the entire body. High repetition and high energy makes Tiger Pump both an effective and enjoyable class.

Interval Burn

Interval Burn is a total body workout that challenges your cardio AND muscular endurance.  Both body weight and a variety of equipment is utilized to focus on agility, coordination, strength and endurance in interval style blocks of work.  In 45 minutes you will have fun, feel energized, and feel the Interval Burn!

Pedal & Pulse

This fun fusion class combines Spin and Barre. Spend 30 minutes on the bike focusing on lower body and cardio, and then transition to the Barre format to focus on developing a strong core, toned arms, and firmer seat and thighs.

Spin 45

The spinning workout that maximizes calorie burn to hot music and intense instructors.
You will build endurance, increase your cardiovascular strength and have a whole lot of fun in the process. Spin45 is 45min. (When offered, Spin60 is 60 minutes.) Please arrive early to set up your bike.


The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.


The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.

Yoga Stretch

This class focuses on flexibility and is perfect for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time.  Yoga Stretch will allow you to explore various ranges of flexibility according to your own body and needs.  Yoga Stretch is great for anyone that would like to work on flexibility through breathing and relaxation.
