Club Operations

Student activities fair

We understand that the needs of every organization vary. Because of this, each club and organization has the flexibility to assess their individual needs and how to best meet their goals. Our 3 tiered system allows groups to do this.

Requirements must be completed by the end of each semester for clubs to receive perks the following semester. Perks can be redeemed on a case-by-case basis during the same semester if all requirements are met. Students can view their club’s status on our tracking sheet.

If a club would like to be considered for Club of the Month, complete the online application. The chosen Club of the Month will receive benefits such as: the opportunity to record a video with Greycomm studios promoting the club, and promotion from the office of student activities all month on our website, Instagram, and digital signage.

Please email fcparent@loyola.edu with any questions.

*Important: All clubs must complete Evergreen requirements to remain a student organization.
