Interested in starting a new club? It's easy! Submit a new club application that will ask for the following info:
- A list of at least five club members
- A mission statement
- A full-time faculty member or administrator who will act as moderator and will verify this in writing
New Club Application
PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer accepting new club applications for the remainder of the Spring 2021 semester. The Office of Student Engagement is currently modifying the process for the formation of new clubs. We encourage students seeking to start a new club to wait and apply in the Fall 2021 semester.
A student holding a paid position as an intern or employee with an outside organization may not start a club based on the outside organization; this is a violation of Loyola University Maryland's policy on Solicitation.
Once the above mentioned information is submitted to the office of student engagement, clubs/organizations will be reviewed for approval. Until that time, they are not officially recognized by Loyola University Maryland.
