Associate Director for Recruitment & Staff Development

The Associate Director for Recruitment and Staff Development is responsible for all student staff and professional staff recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and continued training, along with all assessment practices for the Office of Student Life. The Associate Director also provides direct supervision to two Assistant Directors (ADs), serves as a senior member of the on-call system, and serves as a member of the office leadership team. The Associate Director reports directly to the Director of Student Life.


Assistant Director of Student Life (Live-In Area AD)

The Office of Student Life offers exciting opportunities to be involved with students and their development at Loyola. Our full time positions offer a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities to work with a dynamic student and staff population. Ours is a dynamic organization that is continually looking to improve the environment within the residence halls and link the curricular and co-curricular experience of students. Graduate Residence Coordinators

The Student Life graduate positions are exciting opportunities to be involved with collegiate life at Loyola. The graduate positions involve a wide variety of responsibility and opportunities to gain valuable transferable skills for any area or profession. The graduate positions report to an Assistant Director within Student Life.  Responsibilities vary, but can include supervision of student staff, programming, student conduct intervention, and housing operation administration.  We have three different types of GRC positions: (17) Area Graduate Residence Coordinators, (1) Student Conduct Graduate Residence Coordinator, and (1) Desk Operations Graduate Residence Coordinator.  Learn more about these different roles and how to apply here.
