The Help Center is currently closed for walk-in traffic. If you are having a problem with your Loyola device, please contact the Help Center via email or phone to set up an appointment with a technician.

The Center is closed during scheduled school closings and holidays. Please see the University schedule for specific dates.
Technology support is available via email during unscheduled University closings. If Loyola has an unscheduled closing, you can receive technology support by emailing email@example.com during normal business hours (Mon-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). A Help Center agent will get back to you shortly.
