Use Skype for Business to instant message colleagues and to schedule conference calls. You can also use it to share your screen or to send files.
Skype for Business is installed on all Loyola owned computers, if your computer is missing Skype for Business you can download it through the Software Center on PC's or through Self-Service on a Mac. To install on your personal computer visit the Install Skype for Business on your personal computer page. If you have forgotten your Voicemail PIN or never received it you can Reset your Voicemail PIN.
To record a new greeting for your voicemail when out of the office visit the Skype for Business Greetings page, you can select to have a default voicemail greeting play or you can choose to record your own personalized greeting.
To change your notification preferences for when you have missed phone calls you can visit the Notifications Settings to make changes.
