Loyola University Maryland

AJCU Mission and Identity Conference

Loyola University Maryland takes great pride in welcoming the AJCU Mission Officers and friends to our annual conference.  We are excited to gather in person with each of you in the great city of Baltimore.

Our conference will feature time for shared prayer and worship, keynote addresses, panel discussions, conversations around best practices, time for fellowship, opportunities to meet regionally and updates from A.J.C.U. leadership.  Our sessions will feature colleagues and community partners exploring Racial Justice through and Ignatian Lens, Leadership Transitions, Formation, and Building Sustainable Ignatian Communities, Care for our Common Home,  and Place Based Service and Engagement.

As we gather during the Ignatian Year, may our time together provide each of us with space to ruminate on the unique ways our shared Jesuit charism takes expression on our campuses and in our communities.   We hope the conference is filled with meaningful conversations, the strengthening of relationships new and old, and a rekindling of our commitment to the service of faith and the promotion of justice.

We welcome you to Loyola University Maryland and Baltimore.  If we can do anything to assist you in preparations for the conference, please contact Seán Bray at sbray@loyola.edu or call 410-617-2838.
