Cynthia Esposito graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2011 holding a double major in Biology and Spanish as well as a minor in Art History. Equipped with an incredibly well rounded curriculum she landed her first job at International Flavors and Fragrances. There she spent six years in Flavor Research and Development at IFF helping to bring new technologies and ingredients into the market while also learning the trade of a Flavorist.
Recently she joined the team at ADM Wild Flavors and Specialty Ingredients where she is continuing to train as a Flavorist and focus more on customer projects.
She is a member of the Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce and hopes to one day become a certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists.
When she is not in the lab creating flavors you can find her playing intramural dodgeball, hosting wine club, or spending time with family.
