CPaMS Scholars Program

Collage of students in math, computer science, statistics, and physics classes

CPaMS (Computer science, Physics and Mathematics/Statistics) Scholars is based on building a community for students. As a cohort, Scholars share certain activities and courses during their four years, while also having a group of mentors and advisors to guide them through college life and to inform them about opportunities beyond Loyola. As a result, a natural support network will be created for each Scholar made up of faculty and peer students.

The CPaMS Scholars Program provides scholarships of up to $10,000 annually for academically talented students who demonstrate financial need to study computer science, physics, and mathematics statistics at Loyola University Maryland.

"CPaMS is preparing me to succeed in a career in STEM. CPaMS faculty organize and inform students of events to help us find internships and learn more about our potential career paths. My professors care about my future, and they want me to be ready to work and have the experience required to succeed."
