What are the age requirements for camp?
This camp is designed for students entering grades 5-8.

What are the dates of the camp?
Podcasting Basics: June 26-30, Theatre Arts: July 10-14 and Making a mini-documentary series July 17-21.
What time does camp start and end each day?
Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. each morning and ends at 4 p.m. each afternoon. We offer before care from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and after care from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Before and after care cost $50 for the week. See the daily camp schedule.
Where do I drop off and pick up my child?
Campers will be dropped off and picked up along Ennis Parallel (between Maryland Hall and the College Center). See campus map.
What if I need to pick my child up early?
If you need to pick up your child early from camp and you are aware in advance, please notify us during drop off in the morning. If this is unexpected, please call the Evergreen Academy staff office and we will pull your student out of their course for you. You or the person picking your student up must be on the approved list for that student.
What if I need to drop my child off late in the morning?
If you are going to be late, please call, 410-617-5780, to coordinate drop-off for your child. We will sign them in and take them to their assigned classroom.
Do you provide lunch?
No, students are required to bring their lunch each day. Light snacks are encouraged, given there will be time throughout the camp days for a snack. Water will be available throughout the day, and students are encouraged to bring their own refillable water bottle.
What if my child gets sick during camp?
If your child gets sick during camp, our team will notify you and provide assistance from our camp counselors. If it is a medical emergency, we will take the necessary steps to ensure they receive proper treatment.
What if my child needs to take medication during camp?
Parents must fill out a medical form during the registration process. It is recommended that parents confirm receipt of the form and instructions during the first day of camp with the camp counselors.
