How to Register for Summer Orientation

Orientation Registration - Available Beginning April 22, 2020

Welcome to the Class of 2024 at Loyola University Maryland!

To register for summer orientation, you will need access to your Loyola email account. Within three to five business days of receipt of your deposit, you will receive two separate emails from the Office of Technology Services that allow you to access your account.

Your Loyola ID number, user name, and official Loyola email address will be included in the email with the subject line "Loyola University Maryland Account Information". Another email, with the subject line "Loyola University Maryland Credential" will contain your initial password, along with instructions for how to reset it.

If you are unable to locate these emails (remember to check your spam and junk folders) and need assistance, please contact the Office of Technology Services at 410-617-5555 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday.  Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) the student MUST be the person to call regarding their user credentials; that information cannot be given to a parent or guardian.

Soon after receiving access to your Loyola email account, you will receive an email from the Office of Student Engagement with the subject line "Register for Summer Orientation". This email will be sent to your Loyola email address, and will offer instructions and information needed to complete your registration for summer orientation.

Please browse our web site to learn more about the two-day student and parent/family schedule, costs/accommodations, and frequently-asked questions; this information will assist you as you complete the registration process.

Note: Incoming transfer students do not attend Summer Orientation, but do participate in Fall Welcome Weekend.
