CEUs for Edcamps & Conferences
We support Edcamp Foundation approved Edcamps and local and global conferences. Each Edcamp and Conference is tailored to the individual needs of that community. We believe professional learning should be supported locally and globally, so we want to support your learning events! Edcamps and Conferences vary in length and format and we can support educators' continued growth by working with you to provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

We want to support your Edcamp by providing Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to your participants! There are few steps to register your Edcamp for CEU credit:
- Register your Edcamp for free with the Edcamp Foundation.
- Complete the Loyola CEU Registration Form.
- Share the registration URL and group code (if applicable) to your participants (see group pricing below).

Participant CEU Requirements & Submissions
To get CEUs for Edcamp and conference participation, your attendees need to complete a few items. Prior to a certificate being distributed, participants’ need to:
- Register for the CEU opportunities through the MCx Edcamp Foundation Registration Link
- Attend the Edcamp or conference, ensuring any sign-in/check-in procedures are completed; and
- Complete the CEU Reflection Survey in the CE.Loyola.edu platform within 30 days after the Edcamp.

Costs
The CEUs for Edcamps and Conferences are available year-round. There is no cost to Edcamp or conference organizers to register their Edcamps or conferences for the CEU opportunity. The below costs are reflective of participant costs to receive a CEU. Participants can register and pay individually or in groups. Various costs are available depending on group size. The cost for the CEU opportunity is only for participants who wish to receive CEUs from Loyola University Maryland for continuing education. Certificates will be sent to those who attend the Edcamp or conference and complete the reflection, located in the CE Loyola platform.

CEU opportunities must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Due to the automatic enrollment in the CEU credit opportunities, there are no refunds.
Disclaimer: To receive CEUs, the Edcamp you attend must be registered through the Edcamp Foundation and Loyola University Maryland. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure the Edcamp they are attending is registered through the Edcamp Foundation and Loyola prior to registering for the CEU opportunities. No refunds nor CEUs will be given to participants who attend Edcamps, conferences, or other events not registered with the Edcamp Foundation and Loyola University Maryland.
Benefits of CEUs
CEU’s are evidence of Professional Study approved by Loyola University Maryland and are not equivalent to graduate or undergraduate credit. Individual jurisdictions and organizations have different regulations for accepting CEU credit. Please contact your jurisdiction or organization for further information on the acceptance and use of CEU credit.
