MBA Investments & Applied Portfolio Management

The Investments & Applied Portfolio Management track provides students with the knowledge base to be leaders in the asset management industry.  The track provides experience in current theories, practices, and strategies for investment management and analysis, a deeper understanding of financial markets, and provides students with hands on portfolio management experience.

Courses are listed in the course catalogue. Investments & Applied Portfolio Management special topics courses are updated by academic year or term to discuss contemporary issues in the field and to meet the needs and requests of students.

The Professional’s MBA program includes four elective courses (12 credits) at the upper level. One of the four courses is designated global elective, and the remaining three electives are used to complete an MBA information systems specialization.
