Sellinger Graduates Reunite To Form G Squared Consulting Company

Garrick Grube ’13, Loyola MBA Fellows, established G Squared Strategic Consulting to help local small- to medium-sized businesses thrive. While talking with fellow graduate Will Childers at an Orioles game it quickly became apparent the two had similar interests. They started gauging areas of opportunity, and non-profit fundraising proved to be a prime candidate.  However, Grube’s background in information technology and Childers’ in manufacturing operations and sales revealed an experience gap. So they reached out to Fellow’s alum Mary Anne Rishebarger, who had many years of experience in the non-profit space and possessed an expansive Rolodex of contacts.  G Squared was starting to take shape.

Childers was chatting with fellow graduate Paul Tribles early the following year at a networking event. Tribles was attempting to start his own consulting firm with a similar focus on helping guide the strategic direction of local businesses.  Realizing it was far better to work together than compete against one another, Tribles joined the G Squared team.  His background in financial services operations and product management was a welcome addition.

The G Squared team has been together for more than a year, helping prospective and existing clients move their objectives forward in creative new ways.  G Squared is constantly looking for ways to give back, and welcome the opportunity to be a resource for current and future Loyola MBA students.
