Astrid Schmidt-King, J.D. named 2020 Bowe Fellow
The World Trade Center Institute (WTCI) recently announced its fifth cohort of Bowe Fellows participating in this year's Emerging and Developing Global Executives Program. The 10-month program offers experienced business professionals the opportunity to learn more about insightful topics on key global business issues, relationships, and more.
Congratulations to Astrid Schmidt-King, J.D., executive in residence and director of the international business program in Loyola's Sellinger School of Business, who has been named to the 2020 cohort.
"The group of 25 represent so many industries and bring such varied experiences and perspectives to the table," said Schmidt-King. “I am looking forward to the year ahead where we will delve into topics including all things global including finance, strategy, negotiations, marketing, supply chain, and ethics. By integrating the role of culture into these topics and linking the global to the local, I have no doubt this fellowship will help me grow professionally and personally. Thank you to the WTCI and the team that plans and executes this important program. I am grateful to be a Bowe Fellow!"
