Immersive Experience

Our immersive, experiential curriculum builds upon your strong functional knowledge and critical thinking skills through a variety of real-world experiences including corporate visits, mentoring, and internships. Each semester brings about the opportunity to participate in “First Friday” site visits, leadership and career development workshops, networking, and team building exercises.

Domestic & International Field Studies

Students participate in domestic and international field studies to explore emerging markets and experience new business climates and cultures firsthand. Past ELMBA students have traveled internationally to Spain, Chile, China, Peru, and Vietnam and domestically to New York City, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Walt Disney World. These experiences are included in the cost of tuition.

Networking & Career Readiness

As a student and alumnus of our MBA program, you’ll have access to Loyola’s Career Center, which is dedicated to connecting you with organizations in need of your expertise. Upon graduation, you become a part of our expansive alumni network in Baltimore and around the globe.

An Overview of the Emerging Leaders MBA Program

The Emerging Leders MBA is a highly collaborative, cohort learning experience.

Cohorts begin the program in the Fall.
Classes are mostly in-person with some opportunity for online learning.
All students complete an internship and participate in domestic and international field studies.

Rolling admission after June 1 as space is available.

Applications submitted by the priority deadline are given first consideration for the limited scholarship opportunities available and early admission to the cohort.

Fast Track Admission for Loyola Students and Partner Institutions

Current Loyola University Maryland students from any major as well as students attending a partner institution may be eligible to apply for Fast Track Admission to the ELMBA. Apply after junior year or during senior year.
