I am interested in multicultural competence in clinical work and research that includes a specialized focus in vocational psychology. I am also interested in psychotherapists' self-care. Recent research has included the development and validation of a scale on the learning experiences component of the SCCT model of career development. My teaching interests include diversity awareness, research methods, and ethics. I particularly enjoy teaching practice-focused courses such as Theories, Assessment & Appraisal, and Principles & Practices. As a clinician, I practice from a mindfulness-based CBT orientation.
