Fall 2013 Override Request Form

The course override request form must be submitted to aasc@loyola.edu or to the AASC in MH 043, by August 30, 2013. Course overrides are reviewed by the department chair. The form will not be processed if there is a time conflict. You will be notified by an administrator in AASC if approved or denied. The course override form is available here.

Fall 2013 Last Day to Drop/Add

September 6, 2013 at 5 p.m. is the last day for undergraduate students to add/drop Fall 2013 courses. Continuing full time students may use any computer with Web Advisor internet access to add and drop courses. In-person dropping and adding courses is available to all students at AASC (MH 043).

Spring 2013 Withdrawal Date

On April 5, at 5 p.m. is the last day to withdraw from a Spring course with a grade of "W." Students must have the signatures of their professor, faculty advisor, administrator from the office of academic affairs for varsity athletics (for varsity athletes), and an administrator from the AASC. No exceptions or extensions can be granted.

Fall 2013 Registration Dates

• April 3, 2013: Class of 2016
